Jamez came and did the poly renewal and he was very professional and very informative and felt very comfortable around him. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after he was done and it didn't seem like he was here at all .He was on time and got the job done in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself and it didn't seem like he was here at all. We were very satisfied with the job done and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs similar work done.

Josh, Josh and Matt showed up to install insulation and lining to dry out my crawl space promply Monday morning as promised They introduced themselves and pitched right in to remove a few heavier items that had migrated to the crawl space over years They set to work removing the plastic liner on the dirt floor and installing the insulating wall liner One wall had always exhibited seepage during heavy rains, and they installed the heavy floor liner against that wall above the leakage area to double the protection, then sealed it off at the top The next day they again arrived when promised and laid the floor liner, taped the joints, dug the sump hole and installed the dehumidifier They worked together as a team, seemed to thoroughly enjoy what they were doing and they were proud of what they had accomplished To top it off, they finished the job a day early from the estimate It was a pleasure having them work for me!

The "A Team" showed up this morning to replace a sump pump and to install two smart jacks in my basement Tom, Mack, and Lorenzo were very friendly, professional, and did their job in a timely mannerI have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Tar Heel Basement Solutions

Well to start with I was a little skeptical about the 7k I needed to upgrade my crawl space figured it was an up grade that was necessaryI bit the bullet an d was happy till a rain storm came along about the time by buyer wanted to inspect itWe had a pow wow in the crawl space and Victor said it was going to cost me another dollars to repair this seepage he called ground waterAfter he left me with this ridiculous quote I basically guaranteed the buyer this was due to the down spouts which He also wanted to replace with a sump pumpI went down in the space yesterday and all standing water along with moisture was goneHow can that be? I'll divert the water for bucksGet a second opinion! I'm upset with Pete!
