My complaint is on 07/02/I had some clothes boxed and shipped by the aforementioned store owner for a total of $ Although, I thought that was somewhat expensive, I believed this was the cost On 07/16/16, I made the decision to have another smaller load shipped and the lady (who was the owner) said, "the total cost is 174.81" I asked how was this so, when what I had was a smaller load that cost more Her exact words were, "the companies prices increased" I asked her in a matter of two weeks? She told me "yes, the company increased their prices", little did I know she was the owner I believe this was the old adage of "price gouging",taking advantage of the consumerIf I had a choice to transport my items in my vehicle (that could not accommodate all of my belongings), I would have walked out of the storeHowever, this was not the case
