This is a follow up to our conversation
We had not received the Revdex.com communication previously due to incorrect address
*** *** will be refunded her $today along with a call from myself
While the food was delivery
to her pick up site, she had no knowledge of the delivery
The delivery host does not know who took the delivery
Because we had no knowledge of the food being stolen, no calls to us, we continued to deliver and charge
Our error was not refunding *** immediately upon her call to us in May
I have since spoken to *** and am mailing the check today
