Vertafore failed in their account manager servicing. Documented requested are recorded verbally and via-email between my agency and many Vertafore reps. Sales reps trying to indicate Kate Ducay and Marin Bloise did not do their requests I submitted to them prior the 60 days to expiration. This is False. We have date, times, names , verbal recordings and emails that support our ongoing frustration with Vertafore Account Managers delays to process change requests and provide updated terms, pricing agreement prior to 60 days expiration. Agreement ends 11/5/2025. Salesmen Bryan & Dylan are using strong arm technics and acting in violation of the Good Faith Business Practices by their continued acts. We are attempting to resolve this on this site to not seek Civil Lawsuit against Vertafore. Can you assist?
