I made an order with this business onlineI first emailed to tell them that I would like to cancel my order and receive my money backI got no replyLater on I emailed them to tell them I don’t want to cancel my order, and I would like for them to ship my orderOnce again, no replyI have emailed them about times and they have never repliedThey still charged me for the order, but I haven’t got an email saying my order shippedAll I want is for the product I was charged for to be shipped to me

Placed an order on 09/16/ Money was taken from my account on 09/18/ When my order was placed, the company said they would send an email with the shipping information and tracking information My order is still showing pending as of 10/01/ I sent an inquiry email on 09/27/about the status of my order, but have received no response Sent another message on 10/01/

I ordered a product from this company A day later I decided to cancel my order before it shippedI received an e-mail from them stating that my order had been successfully canceled The next day I noticed the funds had been taken out of my account It's been nine days since my initial transaction The account still says pending I have tried to contact them again with no success I have no product , and out some money.l

I purchased a product and payment was made I never received the product I've called and left messages No one returned my calls or emails

I ordered product from this company last monthI never received tracking info or any follow upI have emailed times and called over and overThere is no answering machineThe phone just rings about times then hangs upThey took $out of my checking account and will not respondI want a refund

Please don't buy from this companyI placed an order in March 19th I was skeptical since they were asking for payment direct through your bank ( eg Zelle) and there was no option to puchase with debit card or credit cardI made the puchased anywaysI was supposed to get my order in daysWeeks went by I didn't receive the itemSent several e-mails to customer service no response, called their phone number no answer went to their voicemailEventually had to make a claim with my fraud claim with my bank to get a refund

I placed my order on Oct7, 2018, it is now Octand I have not received and email regarding shipment of my orderI’ve email the company twice with no response yet!

On January 15, I ordered Carepost from Tara Skin Care, as I have done several times in the past with no issues I noted this time on the visit to the web site, they no longer accepting credit cards; only direct debit to your checking or via wire transfer Normally this order only takes a couple weeks to be fulfilled On March 22, 2018, I wrote to them asking for a status update or refund as it was an inordinate amount of time to received the product Trying to reach by phone has been unsuccessful As of today, April 4, I still am unable to gain a response nor figure out how to have my account refunded
