Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: because it’s false! This company failed to respond to my multiple emails and they would refuse to respond until I send them a private message on [redacted] messenger and when I explain the situation they responded with name calling I didn’t name called them they name called me I still have that message and I’m happy to share it with the other issue is there’s three pairs of pants not jeans and I provided them the order number this is their order number/invoice number [redacted] therefore I shouldn’t have to put the pants on and take photos and submit photos if they want to pay for the photos and for me having to submit them then I’ll be happy to oblige however they expect the day return policy yet the items were received until day and there still two items that I have not received yet that are over a month past this day policy they are claiming the other issue is they don’t want to except a return and refund and when she provide me with the tracking number for the other two items they were clearly coming out of China which she stated and claim that all the items are made and sold in the US which they are not to because the items are coming from China the company uses two different names and which makes me even more leery of these practices I attempted to find a business license ID or tax ID and I couldn’t locate one under the two names that they are practicing this business under I expect a full refund and a return label to return these items to themI don’t want the items and I want a full refund because of the way they handled this in the refusal to respond to me I did get on [redacted] and post a message asking them to please respond and noting buyer beware and I did post a response I got from them in the private messenger with their name calling etcetcI had every right to do that since they wouldn’t knowledge every turn or a refund and to ask me to take a photo when they clearly provided the order number and invoice for these items which I provided to them showing these items so there was pictures of the items on that invoice that they provided to me they didn’t need me to submit more photos that was just them biting time for this day policy that expired so then they use that expiration of the days and thenBroad minded etcetcyou don’t name call your consumers and expect a positive response from them her statement is and in accurate they are shipping items out of China and claiming they are made and sold in the US and I have the tracking information to prove that and I’m still missing two of the items from the order I don’t want them I’d like to return them at night expect a full refund I will file charges against them I’m tired and if they’re not going to respond and I have every right as a consumer to voice my opinion on social media proving what they’ve done especially with her statements that were made to me which I still have so unless they’re willing to provide a refund and provide me with a paid return label this will not get resolved what they’re doing isIs convincing people to make purchases claiming they are US-based company and items are made and sold in the US which they are not if they were they wouldn’t be shipped out to China anyways they’re trying to make this day policy and then tell everybody to take pictures to get a refund or a return why should I have to take photos when I sent you your own invoice back with the order number and on that invoice shows pictures of the items I shouldn’t have to provide more photos and I shouldn’t have to beg and plead and make post on [redacted] to get them to respond it’s silly this is a company that doesn’t honor its consumers our customers and I’m not the only one who’s receive defective items I would like to return all the items for a full refund and if they don’t wanna do that I have everyTo let people know buyer beware that this is their common practice and when you asked to do a return or refund the noon call you that was the response and I’m happy to submit the response that I received from them and that was the only response and once I reached out to them and let them know and sent them a copy of the response on [redacted] then they sent me a message saying I can return the items and they sent me a PO Box to some place in Colorado which I’m not comfortable with that they didn’t provide me with any kind of confirmation number or invoice number or anything proving that I ship the items I didn’t get a return label nothing they want me to send them off to some random PO Box without any confirmation of return on the items therefore I don’t believe that they would’ve actually refunded me Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello Revdex.com, Thanks for reaching out to meI believe you are a Bureau that is fair and will not only consider customer complaints and how we handle them but also how customer treats us and if the complaint is valid.This woman said she received defective jeans, I asked for a photo because that is our common practice and a way for us to verify if she really received defective itemsAfter asking her, she posted abusive comments in [redacted] so I replied to her with a personal message saying that it is our standard operating procedure to asks a photoThen she emailed my manager, which I received and responded to and told her she can return item for a refundI also sent her tracking updates for the other two she did not receive yet and told her that even though its overdue,we will accept her returns so we can refund her right awayI also explained to her how to return the items via or [redacted] conversationI did not ask for her to wear the item and take a photo, I just asked a photo of the damaged item which I commonly do and this is the first time I received a bad response for making that request.A few days later she said there were fraudulent charges via our company to her card and that we should not accept orders under her nameHowever, her orders were not fraudulent as she had just recently complained about receiving defective items and that were not yet received- this clearly shows she have knowledge of her purchases.We do treat our customers with respect and we do whatever we can to make them happyWe appreciate if our customers treat us respectfully as well and not deal with us abusively as this is very painful for usHope you also consider my explanation and the evidences I have uploadedSincerely,Tara L [redacted] Support Team Sincerely,Tara L [redacted] Support Team
