I was in touch with the distributor and tarallo never paid for the cabinets. So the order was never placed. So they took my money and never paid for the cabinets. Review: Last year 2013,I was looking for a kitchen company that I could hire to do the kitchen remodeling in summer 2014. I found Tarallo the kitchen source that seemed to have the reasonable prices. I signed the contract with them in December 2013 and paid about 50% of the total cost that included the kitchen cabinets, the installation of the cabinets, the granite countertop and its installation. I specified the month I wanted the cabinets to be installed. It was supposed to be July.In the beginning of May 2014 I made a call to enquire about the status of the order and the delivery date. I was told that it was too early to schedule the delivery in July and I was asked to call in June 2014. When I called in early June to get an update on my order I was told that they still do not have the delivery schedule and that I should call next week. Next week I had the same answer. Meanwhile I started demolishing my kitchen and preparing the floors and the walls for the arrival of the new cabinets. I kept on calling all June long and the only answer I would have was "call next week". On July * I started getting concerned about the kitchen delivery on July **. All my calls and emails would be answered that they work on the schedule to meet the delivery date. Unfortunately the delivery did not happen on July **, neither it happened the following week. A month later there was still no delivery, though they said that the kitchen would arrive on the week of August **.It did not happen. Next milestone was set on Labor Day week...unfortunately it is not going to happen again. They blame manufacturers for the delay, but when I called and asked the manufacturers about the reasons of the delay, they answered that they had no delays with manufacturing or shipping orders. The manufacturers also suggested that I ask Tarallo about the invoice that has the date when the order was submitted and the tracking number. Tarallo refused to give me such details.Desired Settlement: I would like either to have a full refund of the down payment with the interest on it or the kitchen, that should be installed before September **, 2014.

Review: I purchased kitchen cabinets and counter tops from (Tarallo) The Kitchen Source, I received the kitchen cabinets on time but I have not receive the countertops It has been six weeks since and I have heard from them in the last two weeks.

I have since contacted the Kitchen Source supplier and they have the counter top but nothing has been done to it because it has not been paid for. This surprises me because I paid for everything in advance.

I have called and sent email and I have not herd back from The Kitchen Source . I was just told they may be closing the shop.

I just want my money back and to be done with themDesired Settlement: I want my money back I have paid twice for the same supplies.

Review: I PURCHASED COUNTERTOPS FOR MY BAR ON 7/**/12 PLUS MERCHANDISE FOR ALL MY BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN FROM THEM. THE COUNTERTOPS FOR THE BAR AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE TILE FOR MY MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER CURB HAVE YET TO BE INSTALLED. I PAID THEM IN FULL IN OCTOBER 2012 FOR EVERYTING. THEY ALSO HAVE MY SINK AND OTHER ITEMS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SINK WITH THEIR FABRICATOR [redacted], [redacted] SINCE FEBRUARY 2014. THE TOTAL COST OF ALL THE ITEMS OWED TO ME IS $10,364.54Desired Settlement: I WANT MY COUNTERTOP FOR MY BAR PLUS THE SINK AND THE SHOWER CURB FOR MY MASTER BATHROOM TO BE INSTALLED.

Review: I ordered cabinets in May and was told three months delivery. When the three months were over I called and was told they were in production. Then by December I was told in January. Then when January passed I was told February. when February passed I was told March. Now I am being told April. I gave them a four thousand dollar deposit.

I have asked for a refund since now they are telling me they can not match the granite. And now they are not returning my calls or speaking with me.Desired Settlement: I do not want the cabinets just give a refund. They can not match the granite to my other cabinets,

Review: Failed to delivery and install special order of granite countertop for the amount of $2,450 paid in full for 5 weeks already.[redacted] never has an answer to this matter that was supossed to be done in three weeks. Every time I call he said he will call me with a delivery day .Desired Settlement: I want my moneyback so I can go to other place to order my countertop.

Review: We contract with this vendor 12/**/2013 for kitchen cabinets and made a partial payment. We had been told that the cabinets would be ready in the March/April time frame. The cabinets where finally installed on July *. We are still waiting on the delivery of a counter top. Once delivered,the job was completed in a timely manner but after reviewing the installation we have found a number of issues where the cabinets have been damaged as part of the installation or may have come damaged. We feel that 7 months is an excessive time for the deliver of standard kitchen cabinets. We also feel that we paid a fair price and now the cabinets are damaged and will need to be reordered or replaced, further delaying the functionality of our kitchen. We had agreed to 3 payments for this work and have paid 2 of the 3 payments.Desired Settlement: The cabinets should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner

The final payment should be waived

The we should receive a refund of the second payment.

Review: On 7/**/15 kitchen cabinets in the amount of $5255 were ordered and never received. On 8/**/15 the counter tops to the above cabinets were ordered and never received. I have made numerous calls to the company asking about the status of my order and continue to get the run around. I have a homebound disable brother with a 12 hour home health aide to care for him and meals can not be prepared for him. So we are force to purchase meals daily.Desired Settlement: A full refund in the amount of $4,357.50 which was paid by certified check or the requested products to be delivered immediately.

Review: ordered the kitchen cabinets and counter top and installation of the cabinet at [redacted] on 6/**/2014 and paid in full on that day. they were going to install them no later than sept **, 2014. has been calling them every week, they keep telling me " I will know no later than tomorrow, or next week", until now still no cabinets. I have been calling and calling , they do not return phone calls , walked in to the show room last friday, they asked me to give him until the end of that day. still no phone call from them yet.Desired Settlement: I want my cabinet and install now. or refund me everything + damage !!

Review: Cabinets were ordered. Initial delivery date was week of May [redacted]. Mistake was made with measurement by company. Mistake found out by my carpenter. Tarallo came back redid measurements and told me this would not affect delivery date. I'm still waiting for delivery. Every week I'm told something else. Last Thursday I was told cabinets were ready but not on time for that delivery so definitely Tuesday. This Tuesday I'm told cabinets are not ready. The initial person on my order refuses to return my calls. The manager says he will do all he can- spoke to him at 11am. Says he arranging to have cabinets installed tomorrow. Calls me back an hour later - now cabinets are coming next Tuesday.Desired Settlement: Installed cabinets . Compensation for inconvenience including meals bought for the last 4-5 weeks for 4 people

Review: My wife and I ordered cabinets and countertops through Tarallo in November 2014. It is now June 2015 and we have received nothing. Calls are not returned, and when we go in person to the showroom, we get no information. We paid $17,179 in deposit ($8,500 check, $8,678 [redacted]), and they recently demanded more money, saying they couldn't commit to delivering any products until full payment was received, which is not in line with the documents we signed with them. We have no kitchen and no timeline from them. We refuse to give more money without a guarantee that our order was ever even placed, which they haven't proven. Additionally, we called the manufacturer of the cabinets (Ultracraft) and unfortunately they are not able to give out any distributor information, including customer orders. We are desperate to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: We need our product to be delivered ASAP. If that is not possible, we need a full refund. I would also like to pursue damages for the time that we have been waiting.

Review: I ordered a kitchen furniture from Tarallo kitchen and bath. They were supposed to sell and install cabinets top and bottom and installation of counter top Granite with sink included in counterop. I paid $1,500.00 on January * 2015 .

They deliveried counter wall and bottom I had to pay the balance of $1'526.72 in cash at the moment. I paid in cash.

In a week a person came to measure for counter top which is a special order. Maximum 3 weeks they were supposed to come to deliver and install.

I been calling and going to Tarallo office several times. They always respond with "I'm sorry I will call u tomorrow to give you the date for you delivery and installation. But they never call me or give me a date .

I can not cook or use my kitchen I want my money back.Desired Settlement: Make sure they don't play with people's money and follow all ethics codes and Revdex.com apply all business laws on them.

On July **, 2015 I purchased kitchen cabinets. I was then assured by a manager that they would be installed before Thanksgiving. It has been a month now and I still have no cabinets installed in my apartment. I have spoken to Mr. A[redacted] and he claimed that they still have not receive the cabinets. I am under a contract where there is no returns or exchanges. Till this day they are still in possession of my money and I am not in possession of the cabinets. I do not know what I can do but this has been unfair that I still have not received anything.
