Tarboosh TV

I bought this ultra small Tarboosh arabic IPTV square box about 10 months ago, it said on their website (tarbooshtv.com) which doesn't exist anymore that the device is warranteed for 12 months. I bought it with 1 year subscription to the arabic package channels. it worked smoothly very fine without service interruption for about 10 months until the wi-fi stopped working completely ! . It is disabled the whole time I turn it on or boot device and every time I try to turn it on to enable Wi-Fi on it won't work. I tried formatting device and resetting everything to factory settings, same defect, same problem. Total scam and fraud and waste of money.

These web site they are garage and scam please don't get in the trap we bought it for three year $240 us and cut after one year

This dispute is baseless, in reference to our warranty policy in our website which covers the device for 1 year only for any factory defaults, and our warranty does not cover liquid damage or mishandling.The customer sent us the device in damaged condition first time on Feb 5 2016 which is almost 1...

year after the item was delivered, (PO# [redacted] was placed on FEB 14 2015 - Copy attached).The item received damaged on Feb 5 2016, so we investigated the status of the device and found it damaged by customer mishandling.We honored the warranty as customer's satisfaction is our goal, and we closed thewarranty case.After we sent a brand new item, the customer started complaining again, so we believe the customer mishandles the item which makes it his fault not us.Please note:1- We honored a warranty of totally damaged device (physically damaged) 2- The warranty is expired now 3- The customer mishandles the items we sent to himThanks for understanding

amazon seller not from us and he claims that he got 2 years warranty,We are not responsible for any other sellers warranty, in this case they have to contact [redacted] seller not us as our warranty policy is clear since 2014 that it is year warranty,After investigating this issue, we noticed that the item was replaced for free for this customer on 08/05/2017 which is within the first year, so we cover our devices with a warranty even if they buy it from different sales channels,Like any other electronic device, we give 1 year warranty, and our website states that clearly.Accordingly, this case is baseless and we will not replace or do a repair job for free for this customer.
