When I purchased a car from the auto brokers The young lady that was in charge of everything sold me to be a cool and qualified me for the vehicle OK not even two weeks after having the vehicle excellent experience problems and the young lady would never answer the phone she would only communicate through text message I let her know vehicle was giving me problems she explained that we could buy it as is vehicle you're going to have problems I explained her know that's not the case because I bought several vehicles from a dealership as is and have not had problems so she explained to me because I didn't pay the first payment the bank wanted to be a go back and I explained her why I didn't make the first payment because I was having vehicle problems and I should have had the problems he explained me that if I bring the vehicle back we can start the loan over about the vehicle back and when I try to contact her she would never respond to my text message nor would she ever answer the phone next thing you know her business is closed and it's on my credit which I believe it's not fairProduct_Or_Service: 4 door sedan Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementBeing to her business is now close and she did not deliver as promised to let me restart over the loan I would like this to move off my credit because I tried to contact him several occasions and she ignored me and her business is closedBusiness Response This is to serve as a response to Mr.[redacted] complaint. When he initially purchased the vehicle, he did not have all of the required down payment. It was supposed to have been understood that I could not be responsible for wearable items on a preowned vehicle especially with him not having all of the down payment. I also tried several finance companies to get him financed and could only get him approved through one. Upon taking delivery of the car, I didn't hear from Mr.[redacted]. the finance company starting contacting me saying he failed to make the first three payments which put him in default of the loan and caused for reposession. I contacted Mr. [redacted] about catching up his loan or at least making a payment. He would tell me his mother is sick or he lost his job. I contacted the finance company several times trying to work out a payment arrangement for Mr. [redacted] and he would never comply with the arrangement. I contacted him again and he told me that he was moving to Georgia to be with his sick mother and his funds are low. I finally told him that the finance company was no longer wanting to fund his deal and he needed to surrender the car. I told him I would see if we could get him finance in something he could afford with the same finance company, however they denied him credit. However, there was absolutely no promises made to him. I have no control over his credit reporting as I was not the finance company, only the dealer. Whenever a default is made on a loan and a repossession occurs, whether it is voluntarily or not, the finance company is going to report that to the credit bureau. Mr. [redacted] also made no attempt to contact me after actually surrendering the car. Regardless of the business closing, my number has not changed and I have not received a text or phone call from him since the surrending of the vehicle. I truly regret that Mr. [redacted] was not pleased with his car buying experience with Tarboro Auto Brokers LLC, but I did all that I could to assist him, his situation at the time and more.
