They called up randomly, explaining who they were and who they supposedly were contracted by (big name tire company) for their best-in-business pnumatic (air) hoses, used to power air tools.
They offered 30-day no-hassle, no-cost trial. They promised free returns if I didn't want to keep the product, and a billing account if we did (so easy future ordering). They explained that it had a lifetime warranty, and it was a full blanket.
Around the time payment would be due, COVID procedures were just starting to go into effect. I believe they lost my paperwork, forgot to call or bill me. I even checked with my financial department - no payment ever happened. My account number IS my phone number, and they should have noticed when I called to warranty a burned hose (not sure if cigarette or exhaust, but we were definitely at fault). Lady asked for a picture via e-mail, and I obliged. She said it was coming in the mail, no charges will be rendered.
So I decided to let her know about (what I just explained above). She said she can see no such debts in the system. I went back and forth with her one or two more times, and she basically told me to enjoy the free products lol. So I asked for a third hose (We trialed and kept 2, originally). We paid for the 50 foot hose, and received the warranty hose in the same shipment.
I couldn't ask for a better business to conduct business with. They are exemplary. High morals and high product value.
Out of the 4 hoses I've had total (3 purchased and one warranteed, damage we inflicted through work) - One seems to have blown up at both ends. It's still working well, but it is expected to burst soon. I just called to warranty, and again sent a couple photos. She said my package is on the way.
Tarco Industries called me and told me they had talked with other businesses in my area with a special deal on air hosesI was not interested, but the sales person said there was a no money back guarantee if I did not like the air hoses and that these hoses were made of a material that was not impacted by oils in an automotive shop and were guaranteed for a lifetimeI was told I would not have to pay anything if I decided to return the productA second person Samantha called back to confirm my first conversationI received the air hoses and checked them out and realized they were not oil resistant or as durable as the current air hoses I use in the shopI called to get an RGA and return receipt, but Samantha said I would need to pay the return shipping as she said she told me in my second callThis was not what I recall our conversation was about as I recall I was told the hoses would not cost me anything to try out, yet I had to pay the $to return the air hosesThis company is a rip off, be careful what you are told as they do not do what they say
