Dear Revdex.com:Your letter dated February 17th has been received.I reviewed the history of this issue, speaking with the resident manager and theproperty manager of [redacted] regarding Ms [redacted] concern pertaining toparking lot water.During recent record-setting rainfall, the parking lot at [redacted] did indeed flood.Rainfall was more than the surface water drainage system was designed to sustain.As soon as thismatter was brought to our attention, as an emergency temporarysolution to the matter, a commercial grade sump pump was purchased, and water ispumped from the parking lot as needed.Upon a recent inspection, it was noted one of the underground drainage lines isblockedA plumbing contractor has been contacted to service that line ASAPWe areunder the impression that this will permanently solve the puddling problem
