I understand the damage could not be noticed at the time of service, by signing the waiver neither the Independent contractor driver nor Yellow Cab company is responsible for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience or commercial loss

I am rejecting this response because:This is ludicrousThe location is minutes from downtown and there are several fast food restaurants along that minute stretch that IF the driver had been asked to stop at a fast food location it would have been less than the mileage statedWhy would my daughter get off the vehicle if most if not all fast food locations have a drive thruThis company is full of lies and should not be in businessI will be contacting the agency that regulates this business to issue a formal complaint for defamation, deceit, and cooking the numbers
I am not satisfied with this response and request the issue be closed because all I get from this company are lies on top of liesIt is a wonder how we can allow these people do any business but rest assured I will let everyone know the low quality of service and the improper behavior of your drivers and your company so as to not allow them to fall under such deceitful actsYellow Cab should be ashamed of themselves for failing to monitor the people employed by them but then again that just goes to show you the type of management this so called business has

I will process a refund today and mail a check in the full amount- please provide a proper mailing address.The credit card processing system that was updated in our fleet encountered an error that would not allow our Yellow Cab Taxi Cards to be processed properly, I do apologize for the

As Yellow cab is very apologetic for the communication issue involving our response time. In review of the trip information and speaking with the driver we find the charges to be correct for the service provided. The amount of fare plus tip was $6.70, since the trip took place between
the hours of p.mand a.mthere is an additional $per person surcharge added to the final charge per city ordinance. Per city ordinance all of the charges are located on decals on the inside of vehicle windows

Target Auto Sales, LLC is a used car sales company, [redacted] purchased 2002 Chrysler PTC on 11/05/2015 on a Buy Here Pay Here basis. Before the deal was concluded she test drove the car and took it to her mechanic for check up. She confirmed the car is good and purchased it in good faith on 'AS...

IS' condition. About three weeks later she came to complain about the car, she alleged that I sold her a Lemon. I told her that it is a used car, and not a Lemon. I also advised her to take the car to her mechanic so that she will know exactly what's going on with car. She didn't want to go to check, rather she demanded for some refund. The car was in good condition when she bought it, and so what happened to the car since the period she has been driving it, I do not know. Please let us know if you have any questions. The metered fare amount for the trip was $61.70.  The job was accepted at 2:17 a.m.- traveled  19.2 miles reaching a maximum speed of 68.98 mph and reached destination at 3:18 a.m. The job lasted 1 hour and 50 seconds.  The passenger asked to stop at a fast food restaurant while in route to destination, the Independent Contractor Driver accommodated the passengers request, and waited approximately 10 minutes while the passenger went inside, placed her order, received her order and returned to the cab and the ICD continued the job until completion at destination.

The actual fare charged was $32.70, the estimated fare is $29.09, the driver did not overcharge for this trip.  I also received a complaint from our dispatcher that was called in by the passenger (I have attached the complaint) please note in that complaint the fare amount is stated as $32.70,...

not $50.  Our cabs are inspected on a weekly basis for safety and cleanliness, of course a cab receives much more abuse than a personal vehicle as we transport hundreds of people.  I will call this driver into our office and we will inspect his vehicle to ensure it is to ours and the City of Austin Ground Transportation standards.  Additionally I will speak with the driver regarding proper customer service.Kindest regards,[redacted]Business Office Operations Mgr.Yellow Cab AustinAttachments included:  Actual trip information; fare estimate for trip stated; meter charged rate for trip stated and documented complaint called into our dispatcher by passenger.

Per our previous conversation with the customer the service order waiver was signed so therefor excludes the Independent contractor driver or Yellow cab company of any responsibility of incidental or consequential damages.

I am rejecting this response because:You do not address my main concern. Please send me a copy of the letter that you say I have signed. I do no need your interpretation, I just need to see the letter with my signature then it will be possible to go through details. I hope you have the letter attached to your email when you respond this message.However, you really disappointed me with your irresponsibility! You should try to satisfy your costumers instead of tricking them. I will keep sharing my bad experience using your services with other people on all online reviews, legal centers and so forth.
