I used Ben to complete a Net Lease inspection. Things started out a little rocky as he didn't confirm he was available until the day of the inspection, but was prompt and did a wonderful job of completing the inspection and getting me all of the paperwork I needed to move forward in the lease negotiations. The problem came when I received an email at 10pm from him stating that he was "SUPER PISSED OFF!!" and I was "DELINQUINT" because I had not paid my invoice. The invoice was given to me 3 weeks prior with no reference as to Payment due now or Net 15 so I had assumed it was a Net 30. I paid the invoice via online immediately and sent him an email telling him it was paid but that I was taken aback by his unprofessional demeanor and would not be referring him to any colleagues. He proceeded to call me names and continue to berate me saying, "good luck with your bad attitude". Not sure if he was drunk or on drugs, or if that's just the way he is, but I'll pass on the uneducated, unprofessional attitude that comes along with Target Building Inspections the next time I need an inspection done.
