I honestly didn't expect the Revdex.com would be able to process this so quickly...rather I figured the process would take a while - well after the tournament - so I only reported it to you because I think they are doing something fishy and it needed to be investigated But, lo and behold, because of your quick action on this, the Target Center has now not only upgraded our seats (even better than we originally held)but also is not charging us for of them! I am amazed and so glad I sent in a complaint, and so thankful that you handled it quicklySo Thank you! The complaint against the Target Center will need to show resolved as far as my part goesDo I need to go into the system and close it out? It would be up to you guys if you still investigate because of their repeated use of the "operator error - pay up" approach Again - thank you so much for getting involved, and for doing so in such a quick fashion!
