This letter is in response to a com***t filed against our company by *** and *** ***The customer had repair work completed at our facility, totally $25, that were authorized by himself and his insurance companyThe parts that were used in this repair were sourced by his
insurance company out of CanadaDue to customs and weather delays they took longer than to arrive at our facilityThere also were delays in waiting for parts that the customer provided on his ownThe customer also did take the vehicle for a period of time and have some work done to it while we had it apart that we do not provide at this facility, causing additional delaysWe did everything in our power to get the vehicle back to the customer as quickly as possible while also providing quality repairsWhen the repair was complete , due to the nature of the repairs, the vehicle had to be inspected by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles prior to it being released by us back to the customer, in order for it to be legally registered againThe truck passed the inspection by the New York State Department of Motor VehiclesMr *** also notified us that he was not going to pay us in full for the repairs as he was looking for a discountDue to the nature of the conversations between Mr ***, my self, and Mr *** *** (the owner of Austin Spencer Collision), we contacted the NYS Troopers to interveneIt was determined that Mr*** was banned from contacting us or entering the property againWe did allow him to come to pay us and pick up the vehicleMr***’s old cab and box were left on our property for months after he picked up the vehicle, at which point it was necessary for us to have it removedWe have an obligation to ourselves, and the village of *** to keep our property maintained, cleaned, and organizedWe do not feel that he is owed any money for those parts as he left them on our property for an extended period of time
We as a business pride ourselves on customer service and quality repairsWe strongly feel that we did everything in our control to do the best repairs possible and Mr and Mrs *** satisfiedPlease feel free to contact us at any time if you would like to discuss this further. *** ***

[redacted] is  an absentee  owner who has nothing to do  but collect insurance money for poor quality work, and has no social skills or ability to deal with customer complaints. Being the coward  and guilty party he chose to call the police as he has no clue how to handle problems, and his response to other conversations with me was to call my (his ) lawyer!  really ? I will consider the source  and know that I am a better person them him or his manager. Thanks for doing nothing ,Revdex.comB ,and people like this will continue to rob insurance companies  and treat people like [redacted] , as that is all they know how to do.
