Review: On Nov. 6, 2013 I bought a Magnavox 32 Flat Screen TV. I've been having issues with the tv not powering on and I called Target on several occasions to fix the problem. At the time of purchase, I bought an extended warranty to protect my purchase. Finally on Fri., Oct. 16, 2015 I was told by Target CSR that they will fix my tv but is was going to take 5 business days (aka actual 7 calendar days) just for them to send me a shipping label and box to ship it to some designated facilities which then will take another 3 to 5 days for them to receive and from their another 10 business days (aka 14 actual calendar days) for them to fix and return which is actually a total of 22 calendar days for me to have my tv. If I had of known that and Target had DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION IN ADVANCE when I bought the tv and extended warranty, I wouldn't have bought either. I don't have a tv for more than 3 weeks and they're not providing a replacement or a reasonable timeline to fix my tv. This is not fair and Target shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. They should also provide advance notice at the time of purchase so this way the customer can know if they even want to purchase the electronic merchandise along with the extended warranty.Desired Settlement: I either want them to repair my flat screen tv in a expedited time line or replace my tv.
