We received an online order on 05/11/from customer [redacted] At the time of a checkout the credit card is not being captured but there is a so-called pre-authorization hold that is being placed on customer’s accountOur online order verification team then starts the order verification process and this particular order has failed it and it was properly cancelled within business hoursWe would like to assure you that we use order processing that meets standards of PCI compliance and fraud validation as we use a safe PayPal credit card gateway system and all customer’s information is being safely forwarded to this major credit card processing firm via the secured protocols Thank you, Alex K [redacted] VP of Sales Target PC, Inc Euclid Ave Willoughby, OH P: 440-602-x F: 440-602- www.targetpcinc.com

However, we have processed a partial refund in the amount of $as a courtesy which represents a difference between FedEx Ground and FedEx Second Day delivery options ($vs $28.91) and this order is scheduled to be delivered by Mon 11/02/by 8:pm which is sooner then it would've been received if buyer checked out with a regular Ground service delivery option.Thank you,Arsenal PC

Greetings, We apologize for the inconvenience; however, there is a process in place when something is claimed as non-received. According to [redacted] website, this order was delivered on 10/04/16 as per below:...

 [redacted]  The customer states that this shipment was never delivered and we had to follow up on that with FedEx; however, we cannot control the claim processing time with the shipping carrier. We will refund this order when this claim is processed and paid by shipping company. Also, it is important to understand that this transaction will be refunded only if [redacted] makes a decision to acknowledge the issue and pay out a claim and we would not be able to refund this order if [redacted] makes a different decision.  Thank you.
