This letter is being written by Bob B*** the manager at Target Pest Control Services, and I wanted to state the facts of this complaint about the company to youOur technician went to the property (*** * *** **) and did a
thorough inspectionThe technician did not find any evidence of bedbugsThe customer called again complaining about the bedbugs bites The technician went back again and again did not find any evidence of bedbugs (NOTE not finding any bedbugs doesn't mean there aren't any in the property, it may just be one or two or so, making it hard to detect during the inspection.The customer insisted to get the treatment doneAt the same time the customer went to a doctor who prescribed an anti-allergic medicationAfter the treatment of bedbugs the customer had no bites, or any other issue related to bedbugsEverything was fine
A couple of weeks late, the customer tried to get her money back claiming her troubles came from her medication from allergies and not bedbugsWe refuse to give the customer her money back because we have treated he property with her consent, and we still believe that the allergy she developed was related to the bedbug bites, the allergy medication does not cure allergies, but it may eliminate the symptomsIf the allergen still is in the property, she will experience the reaction sooner or later, which she did notOur conclusion is the allergy came from the bedbug bites, and the treatment was provides un an approrpate way, which gave the customer a month guarantee, and no monies will be refundedIf there are any further questions or concerns, please call the office at ###-###-####Thank You

Review: I noticed bees swarming around the corner of my house on Aug. 27, 2015 where the day before there were no bees. I looked in the phone book and noticed that Target Pest Control was located in my area and hoped they could come out that day. [redacted], owner of Target Pest Control, came to my house within an hour of the call to spray an area to get rid of bees. [redacted] told me the cost of getting rid of the bees would be $ [redacted].** for a one time cost. He told me to wait until Saturday, August 29, 2015 to see if the treatment had gotten rid of the bees. [redacted] told me that if it didn't work, to call him and he would have to take apart the siding to get to the bees. That is what he "always does." So I called [redacted] on Saturday, August 29, 2015 and told him that he must not have sprayed enough because the bees were still around the area and getting in under the corner siding--like he never sprayed at all. I told him I wanted to have him come back and spray again and NOT to take the siding off. He told me that the only way to get rid of them was to take off the siding. I told him that every other exterminator I have ever had come to get rid of bees were able to get rid of the bees with just spraying and NEVER had to have the siding taken off. I told him that I will have to call someone else to get rid of the bees if he can't do it correctly. He said "If you want to call someone else, then [redacted] it" and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I payed [redacted] by check. He told me to make payment to [redacted] and not to Target Pest Control. He also did not give me a receipt-"He said he didn't have any with him"Desired Settlement: Since [redacted], owner of Target Pest Control, did not complete his verbal contract with me to get rid of the bees in the front corner of my house, I want my $[redacted].** refunded to me ASAP so that I can get a qualified exterminator out to do the job correctly.
