[redacted] I submitted a payment twice, online, that didn't go through and then they charged me a returned payment feeThe payment account was accepted over the phone but not online, 100% their system issue [redacted] I think I'll shop at [redacted] nowThe price difference should be for better customer service, which is lacking
This company charges an enormous interest fee and will not negotiate. At this time interest rates are very low nationally. This company has decided not to review accounts for lowering interest. I guess they would lose a lot of monies if they worked with folks. So I closed my acct today. I will transfer my balance to a more friendly creditor. And I will not patron their stores. I hope others wise up and stop shopping with Target. It is not cool to gouge your customers!
