Dear *** ***: I apologize once again for any inconvenience regarding this situationIn order to issue a refund, we need your credit card information this include; the date of the transaction and the last ending of your credit cardOnce we find the transaction, we can trace the cab number/driver and I will interview if he found a phone on his cab. There is also a write up put on the dispatcher file if he receive another for the same thing we terminate his employment with us. Sincerely, *** ***

Hello - I have read the taxi manager's response and it is incorrectI paid with a credit card, that's how I knew what taxi service I rode in the night beforeI was also never asked the make, model, or cab number, rather told very rudely that the cell phone was not turned in and hung up onWhen I called a second time, I asked if they could take down my number and if one turns up, give me a callThey said no and said if I would have to keep calling back to find outWhen I asked if they could radio the other taxi drivers and ask them if they found a phone, they said no and told me that their taxi drivers only turn in 60% of what is left in their cabsI was never once apologized to nor did I ever receive any sentiment of remorseNo one offered to help me but instead I was treated very rudely and for that, the only cab service I will utilize from now on is Uber because they can be trusted not to steal and are very helpful in situations like theseI have never received poor customer service after being stolen from like this -*** ***

able to help her because she was a flag fare and she used cash for the service. She also did not know the cab number she was in. If customers would try to remember to look at the taxi number it is on 3 sides of the taxi, it helps to immediately resolve and issues. The dispatcher asked also if she know the make and model of the car or and description of the driver but she did not remember any of it. Also, the dispatcher sends a radio message to all taxi drivers. So we were not able to find out what taxi she was in. I will be happier to assist her more in tracking down her phone and we at Target Taxi of Minneapolis are always trying to provide good customer service but to do this we need the customers help at all times. We will refund the cab fare if provided receipt of cab ride. Sincerely, [redacted]
