Like virtually ALL fitness facilities and other instructional groups, we have rules and one of our rules is BE ON TIMEDespite the numerous claims made here, the person in question showed up lateWhile we understand that trains can be late, etc, the fact remains, they were too late to take the classIt could have been simple, but this elaborate story telling (read LIES) just demonstrates how unreasonable this person isThey have been a member since and have taken over classes in that time, ie they should by now know not to be lateWe don't charge people a class if they are late, they just can't take the classThis is unnecessary, and childishWe are not going to give someone a refund because they were late, especially not for services that have already been rendered in teh past

In spite of all of the establishment's flaws, I've never had a complaint until nowLike I said, there have been other instances where I arrived for class and no one answered the doorI did not make complaints about those situations, I simply came back another time and continued to support this businessBut insult was added to injury when the same thing happened again on 917, only this time, I was let in after repeated efforts and then told that I was too late for classThat behavior is not ok!I was not lateIt's as simple as thatI experienced no train delays, inclement weather, natural disasters, or anything to impede my arr rival to the location, nor am I suggesting any such excuse for my alleged "lateness"The simple truth is that I left my home with ample time to spare and arrived promptly at 6:am, minutes before the scheduled class, however no one from the establishment let me in at that time, even after I called/rang the bell repeatedlyAt the very least, I was treated unfairly on the morning of 917, and at the most, I was blatantly lied to about the employee being there on timeThat's itThose are the simple facts of the situationTrying to somehow blame this on me does not resolve the problem in any way Sincerely, [redacted]

I find it funny that the business owner would mention accepting fault when clearly, that is what he refuses to do in this situationMy complaint has nothing to do with following set rules, and everything to do with a dishonest employeeIf the rules state that everyone must be on the mat and ready to begin class minutes before the scheduled class, and I arrived precisely minutes before the 7:am class, yet no one answered the door, it is then the employee who created an impossible situation where I could not be in compliance with the rule, no matter how hard I tried
