Taridan Batteries Reviews (8)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [The battery manufacturer has insisted from the beginning that I bought the wrong batteriesHowever, they have failed to specify where, then, I am supposed to use themNothing on the back of the package, thought, states what are these batteries forAs a consumer, and technically speaking, I don't have the knowledge to differentiate between these AA Taridan and the AA Energizer batteries if I see them on store shelf, for instanceSee picture attached and if they find something physical that makes them different from one to another in size and shape, then I will dismiss this case If these batteries are not for household devices, then they should not carry the tittle of "AA" size batteriesI completely disagree with the business response accusing me of haven purchased the wrong productTherefore, I am demanding the reimbursement for the cost of these batteries that are of no use to meThank you, and I am looking forward hearing soon about this matter Sincerely, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The term AA battery is an international nominclature for battery sizeJust as C cell and D cell sizes. There are many types of AA sized cells with different chemistries, voltages and are either rechargeable or notSome examples are nickel metal hydride, nickel cadmium, alkaline, carbon zinc, lithium (thionyl chloride, ion, FE, manganese dioxide, etc), there are many othersThey are all used in different applications. There is no obligation to state what the batteries are used for, just as most of any product does not include a list of uses.Radio Shack seems to sell them along with all of its products, to end users as replacements in devices of for engineers to use in new designs.? As we have stated to the obviously uneducated customer, our cells are not to be confused with consumer type cellsHere is an article explaining the difference between an Lithium thionyl chloride cell and an alkaline:? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[The business allegation is that they are not obligated to state on their items what they are for or do However, I maintain that they MUST inform the consumers about what a product is forAnd for argument, I will give them a very good sample: See attached image, What makes those two cans of soda different from each other that a customer will know which one to pick according to his/ her needs? obviously, a stubborn individual will say that it's the colorBut a person does not need to be well educated to understand that it's the printed information on each one that makes them differentA customer will not know what he/she is buying if there is not information printed on the product, very simpleTherefore,, the argument by the business is senseless and ridiculousTotally unacceptable and incomprehensible. I am demanding a reimbursement for these defective batteriesThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[The battery manufacturer has insisted from the beginning that I bought the wrong batteries. However, they have failed to specify where, then, I am supposed to use them. Nothing on the back of the package, thought,  states what are these batteries for. As a consumer, and technically speaking, I don't have the knowledge to differentiate between these AA Taridan and the AA Energizer batteries if I see them on  store shelf, for instance. See picture attached and if they find something physical that makes them different from one to another in size and shape, then I will dismiss this case.  If these batteries are not for household devices, then they should not carry the tittle of "AA" size batteries. I completely disagree with the business response accusing me of haven purchased the wrong product. Therefore, I am demanding the reimbursement for the cost of these 35 batteries that are of no use to me. Thank you, and I am looking forward hearing soon about this matter  Sincerely,  [redacted]
