Review: We took our car in for an inspection on [redacted] 12/*/14 at [redacted]. The mechanic said that the car needed an oil change; however, the car had just had an oil change on [redacted] 11/**/14...just two days prior. Our teenage son was the one who took the car into Tariq Auto Service for the inspection and didn't realize that the oil had just been changed. When we went back to complain, they said there was nothing that they could do. They said they went by the outdated sticker on the car windshield and NEVER looked at the oil in the car. There was no need to change the oil and I have no idea if they actually did change it again. I do know that they took advantage of a kid, charged me $25, refused to give us a refund and were rude when confronted with their dishonest actions.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and a letter of apology.
