This project started back on 3/17/and was completed days later [redacted] mother past away right within this time and house had to go threw legal mattersIn May I contacted Travelers Insurance and they said they had issued a check to home ownerContacted home owner and said check had to go to mortgage companyAt this time nothing was said about any items he was dissatisfied withAs a contractor we are allow to make repairs to any items home owners is not happy withMy calls to homeowner started back in March as to keep communication openI have texts that go back to 8/21/never returning my callsI sent him a Intent to lien letter but still no responseAgain I attempted to communicate to get together and work this out ....no response...was left with no other choice to put a lien on his propertyHave been in construction since and this is only my second lienHave no idea why he wants to make this so difficultI have told him in my text all we want to do is work this outI will arbitrate this with the Revdex.com if he still refuses to cooperate and will file the lien *** [redacted] if he refuses to communicate with us as resolve this matter
