I have been out of the state dealing with a family emergencyI received an email from the client on 1/17/requesting the key be returned and have not had a chance to respond to her and make arrangements to return said keyWe have been
cleaning for her for the last year plus with some minor bumps in the road but have resolved those issues quickly and moved forward from themI will be back on Monday 1/22/and will be returning to the key to her at that timeThere has been no way to return the keys to her while I have been out of the area and I have been overwhelmed with the personal situation I am dealing withIf she had given me more than a day to respond about returning the key this all could have been avoided

I mailed the keys Linda B*** on 1/25/per her requestI have not received the keys back or anything from the post office saying they have been deliveredThe tracking shows the package en route to Carson CityI have no control over the post office staff or delivery processI also cannot get the package sent back when it shows it is en routeI don't know what MsB*** expects me to doI have responded to her complaint and her emailsAt this point it is out of my control and I feel she is harrassing meI do not wish to have any other contact with her
