I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, providing they follow through and actually finish the work that needs done to meet the current building codes.  This work should also include sealing the areas along the sill that are allowing snow, wind, debris and rodents to get into the basement, as discussed in the previous e-mails.I find it interesting that per the e-mail dated 18 Sept 2014, from owner Mike, that the north wall needed to be dug out and pushed back . Mike did state that the west wall could have the beams installed. Have the codes changed and now  there is no dig out required??

I have bought business from peter tarwid and warrantys  were not in the purchase of sale of the business agreement and was going to go do  carbon straps on wall that are made just for block walls doing  what they are doing there up too a inch and a half bow and wall was a little...

passed one inch I was going to do it on my behalf even that warrantys were not in the agreement of the business being sold

We are very happy with our basement repair. Mike and Paul are great to work with. They have a great team attitude and they get the job done. Very reasonable prices and now we have a peace of mind. Thank you Tarwid ?? I highly recommend and definitely would do business again.
