You have the same address as the Biggie Store online. I ordered from them July 22nd, charged twice on credit card, and as of yet not heard from this so called store nor received the product. The form to fill out online is worthless and no phone number.
These places have terrible customer service or they are a complete scam! BEWARE!
You do not deserve any stars as of right now.

I purchased a [redacted] SCOOTER X2 in red from you on June 30, 2016. When I went on the website to check the status of the purchase, the website was nowhere to be found. I contacted you through email several times. I have all copies of the emails that I sent verifying the purchase. When I didnt hear a response back, I called. One lady answered, and said that the lady that worked out those cases was on the other line and she would call me back. She never did. 2 weeks have gone by, with me emailing and calling you and still no answer. I am filing a complaint due to the fact that I have not received the stroller that I purchased, and no one responding to emails or calling me back. I have the email where it confirmed that I purchased this item, along with the the PayPal receipt. I will also be filing a complaint with PayPal. When I was able to get back onto your website, it said I had no recent purchase order. Which, I know I have I am asking God for either you to refund me my money back, or deliver the item that I purchased.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] scooter X2 in redOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementEither delivery of the[redacted] Scooter in red or money given back of purchase. I have the receipt in email.

I purchased 3 baby gates from this company over 3 weeks ago. I received an email my products would be shipped as soon as the funds were processed through [redacted], which happened that same evening. I never received a confirmatory shipping/tracking email, so I called the company 4 business days later. After numerous attempts, a female did answer the phone and assured me that if I received the confirmatory email, my products will be delivered within 5-7 business days. It has now been well over 3 weeks, I've left at least 5 voicemails and many more emails-no contact, no return of my calls or emails, absolutely cannot reach anybody at this company and just want my money refunded as I've already purchased the product elsewhere since I needed it asap.
