I put Down the wrong amount in my complaint It should be plus delivery of $Here is the receipt

Business States" [redacted] originally purchased a California king mattress that was not in stock she accept a loner mattress and box springShe was supposed to wait a week, the 1st the company never came, the 2nd the company delivered mattressShe called on a Friday and we already made a delivery appointment for Saturday Saturday comes and we call her for delivery and she answers the phone using vulgar language and says that she does not want to get the mattress from the company and she wants to go somewhere elseThe company said please bring the mattress and box spring back and she stated noThe company offered to pick up the merchandise, she said and I will drop it offShe never didShe then disputed charges from the credit card company and then never returned the merchandise.The processing company [redacted] already took the charges back to the consumer so her has my merchandise that she did not pay for and now she’s contacting the Revdex.com.She needs to take the refund (which she already has from credit card company) and return the loner box and mattress OR she needs to pay for the original mattress (which is at our office)and returns the loner box and mattressShe cant have our merchandise and keep the money, that’s stealing"

I am rejecting this response because: we reported fraud to the card company and they returned the money since we were getting no where with [redacted] and his employeesThey supposedly got the mattress in the next day, at least weeks after they said we would receive itI ordered the mattress myself direct from [redacted] and it was here in days, even with Christmas being one of those daysSo I suggest ***, you should return the mattress or give it to the *** familyThose poor people paid cash and you straight stole from themYou are a despicable business man and I hope you loose your business licence

Business states that they will move forward in providing a refund should the items not be delivered to the business by Friday August 12, The business depends on the supplier to provide the correct merchandise orderedIf items do not arrive by end of business day Friday, consumer will be refunded accordingly

The consumer will not be refunded anything, she has already been delivered the last piece, and she even returned the loaner piece we temporarily lent her

Customer beds in stock they can pick up or take delivery.? They keep refusing delivery.? We have called multiple times and they haven’t accepted delivery

"Consumer called and stated he received the Kennmore dryer and that the complaint can be closed as resolved."

Business states that they are in disagreement with the consumer sequence of eventsThe damage was caused by customer installing dryer improperlyHowever, business has gone ahead and provided a replacement dryer, one time onlyWarranties usually do not cover damages caused by customers, this was a once time exception

The consumer will not be refunded anything, she has already been delivered the last piece, and she even returned the loaner piece we temporarily lent her.
