Thank you for your letter dated September 20, 2016, received in our office on September 27, You request ERIE review and respond to Ms***'s concerns regarding the handling of her claim occurring September 2, Specifically, Ms*** expresses concern that she has not been contacted recently as to the status of the claim investigation
In review of our claim file, the following chain of events occurred:
ERIE's Adjuster spoke to Ms*** on September 20, 2016, to inform her that our investigation determined our insured to be liable for this claim
ERIE's Adjuster spoke to Ms*** on September 21, 2016, to communicate the vehicle rental process and time allotted while her automobile repairs take place

Thank you for your letter dated February 5, 2016, received in our office on February 10, 2016.
You request ERIE review and respond to Mr. [redacted]'s concerns regarding claim settlement for the accident that occurred on December 28, 2015.
In...

review of the claim file, ERIE determined that our insured was the vehicle operator involved in an accident causing damage to Mr. [redacted]'s parked vehicle. More specifically, the damage occurred to M r. [redacted]'s driver side rear door only. ERIE has made attempts to settle these damages, however Mr. [redacted] believes there exists additional damage than just the door. Mr: [redacted] has since decided to go through his own insurance carrier.
In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s concerns regarding contact, and in review of our file, ERIE's Adjuster and the Mr. [redacted] have been in continuous contact throughout the process of this claim. The loss did occur in the state of Indiana; however the claimant now resides in the state of Illinois. The.damaged vehicle remains located in Indiana. Our material damage appraiser coordinated the inspection of the claimant's vehicle with the claimants relatives. ERIE continues to service this claim for Mr. [redacted] through his own carrier, and last spoke to him on February 2, 2016.
