Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. The response that the general manager states is utterly and completely fabricated and filled with inaccuracies. First off I did receive a 15 [redacted] Dec 26th 2014 and upon receiving it it was never completely cleaned on the exterior. I requested and they at the time agreed that the reconditioning department never removed the coating or glue that is on it when coming from the plant for shipping purposes. Not once but three times they had to finish the removal. They at the time agreed and even gave me a loaner car while it was finally done right. Not to mention the sales consultant was texting his girl freind while on a test drive. After three trips back to the dealership and 2 loaner cars later it was complete. I don't believe that this was asking anything anyone else would have expected. I figured a year later and a new building they would have pride that Tasca use to have when it was much smaller so I decided to go back to them and give them a second chance. All went very well except them at first offering me 17000 for my trade was rediculas. So I left and went to another Ford dealership and they made me an offer of 20200 and the same deal for the exact same [redacted]. A couple of hours prior to doing the paperwork with the other dealership I received a call from the Tasca salesman and told him what I was getting. He apologized and hung up on me. About 20 Minutes later I got a phone call from [redacted] the manager stating that he just got an offer for my trade from a guy in Vermont and would offer me 20,700. I said ok as long as I don't walk in there and they change the offer on me, he said no and it will be exactly what we negotiated for the new car and 20700 for the trade. Side Note- I spoke to one of the used car managers who is a freind of mine and he stated the Vermont guy was a big lie) anyway we went in and looked at the car and it seemed fine so I went in and started to work on the paperwork my wife came in and stated there was no gas in the car and they said they would get it filled while we filled out the paperwork. About 45 minutes to an hour the car shows back up and we left. The car was making a lot of beeping noises but I just figured it was a parking sensor Issue and we read the book from cover to cover and could not figure it out. I finally on Friday night when I had some time to look at these sorts themselves and that's when I found the damage. I called the salesman right away on Saturday morning and he stated I need to bring it in, so I left work and went to the dealership, I explained the issue and showed the manager the damage and they immeadiatly stated you must of hit something. I stated on my mothers grave this car while in my possession has not been hit or damaged in anyway as  park it in a garage and it only had 30 more miles on it after I got it. He stated and I quite What do you want us to do about it, we won't fix it". I was truly shocked but not surprised as that store has a horrible reputation for doing things like this. I explained it to my Insurance and they stated that they do have a very bad history of stuff like this. Even other body shops in there area state that this has happened to others in the past. All I can say is stay away from them at all cost go to any dealership except a Tasca owned one. They state they have tried to call me and that is a total lie and they did offer to show me the pictures of it and I ask when were they taken and [redacted] said the day the car arrived well how about any other pictures between then and the day I took delivery of it or even that day. They for some reason can't show me anything else how about after the guy took the car to get gas for 45 minutes????? Buy a car anywhere but Tasca it at your own risk. $1,542.00 worth of there damage later. Again they have not called or reached out to me in anyway. I wonder why?????

Hello,My name Is [redacted].General Sales Manager at Tasca Automotive Group [redacted].In Response to [redacted] 2016 Ford [redacted] Vin [redacted]. This is not the first Issue we have had with Mr. [redacted]. He purchased a 2015 [redacted] on December 26, 2014; He had...

numerous complaints about the cleanliness of the vehicle, and made many return trips back until he was satisfied. In this particular transaction,   Mr. [redacted] took delivery of this vehicle on Wednesday May 11th. Prior to delivery, the full reconditioning and pre delivery procedure had been completed.  At that time, No damage was noted or observed. Part of the delivery process is to be backed into a parking spot in front of the dealership for a full “bumper to bumper” delivery.  At that time the vehicle was seen by virtually every employee and countless customers, the vehicle was showcased. It is impossible for damage of that magnitude to go unnoticed.  And with Mr. [redacted]’s history of being a perfectionist, Tasca Ford took additional time preparing the vehicle to prevent any return trips for cleaning. The delivery went smoothly and Mr. [redacted] was pleased with the transaction and his new vehicle. Approximately 4 days later,  Mr. [redacted]   on Saturday May 14th, He visited the Dealership stating one of his Blind spot monitoring sensors were malfunctioning. Upon further inspection by dealership staff, we observed heavy damage to the front of his new vehicle. It was clear there was a substantial impact to the front of the [redacted]. It was clarified it was not picked up in that condition.  Mr. [redacted] works at a local car dealership and is well aware of the negative impact social media carries. Therefore, he insisted that we make the repairs or he would resort to social media and file complaints to the Revdex.com.  I, Myself personally  have reached out to Mr. [redacted] to show him pictures of the [redacted] from before he picked it up with no damage but he refuses to contact us back.

[If you are rejectinThe GM  promised me he would refund me for the repair for the damage to my brand new car prior to delivery that I fixed but they have not issued the refund. I should be asking them to replace the car but knowing Tasca that will not happen. If I get refunded the total amount paid to repair the [redacted] I will make note of that on that day. I have provided the GM with the receipt. I plan to go on Tuesday at 9am to get the Check, but from what I have heard this will probibly not happen. Someone from Tasca contacted my repair facility and stated they wanted make me whole and pay for the damage when all that was asked was a receipt which I provided. So we will see??????
