I ordered a replacement OEM passenger tailight for my [redacted] I gave them all of the information they needed to get the correct partI was sent what looked like the RS style taillight which is what my car isI had it tinted to match my other taillight and installed on the carWhen I picked my car up and tested the lights the turn signal lights do not match the originalThe original is red and the light I received from Tasca is yellowThe way the light is designed you cannot see the color of the turn signals until the light is installedThere is also not the option of changing the turn signal light because these are LED lights built into one large taillight assemblyYou cannot open it to change bulbs like older or traditional style taillights I called Tasca today to inform them I received the wrong lightThe guy I talked to looked up my order and confirmed they sent me the wrong lightHe looked at the VIN number I provided at the time of the order and said he is not s

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After not receiving my product, I was told it got "lost" at their post office. This was 2 months after my order. I called again and was told it was resent. No one bothered to confirm order or address. Truthfully, I had put the wrong address. My fault, so I called again and spoke with a person whose name I do not know. We corrected the address and he told me he would resent the item. Two weeks later, I call again and spoke with Matt. There was no record of my phone call two weeks prior to resend my item. Matt got annoyed with me that I was angry and consequently took the $8.00 shipping fee when I asked for a return of my item. Unbelievable that with all the back and forth and inconvenience, that Matt would do that. Just to be vengeful I could live without $8.00, but I will twitter and facebook to never use this company. Hope they enjoy my $8.00, because besides reporting this to you, the BBB, I will go a lot further. No company has ever done that before!!!

The absolute worst customer service experience everEmail after email goes unanswered regarding a delay email they sent meThen when I finally get an automated email saying my order is shipping some guy stops it after finding one of the emails I sent regarding their horrible serviceThen when email him to send the parts he and all of their reps vanish into thin air once againSave yourself the time and effort and shop anywhere else

i've made an order on cyber monday with 10% discount
after a few days they canceled the order after they had the money from my card because they want another payment method that they did not required when i've placed the orderthey refounded
after that, i've tryed to contact them by mail but the only answer from them was that they want another payment method; i've replied them to tell me if I can pay for the same order(keeping the discount) or I should make another order(loosing the discount) and from what bank should I pay but no reply from them at all
i've tried contacting them on ***, but still no answer - more than that, they restricted me from posting on theyr page and posts after I left them a post as a review
those parts are still in stock now
so that promotion was a big lie, I have lost money on currency conversion when I payd the order and again when the refounded as my bank currency is not USD, i'm waisting time as my car can fail during the runtime without t

Terrible customer service and shipping! I ordered and paid for parts on July and today is August 12, nearly weeks later and still no parts They claim I ordered the parts later but they charged my card on July 31st When I ask them about the parts, they gave me a UPS tracking number and *** has NO information about this number or package They do not answer questions about the parts either Worst auto parts shop I have ever dealt with! I may never get my parts! TD

On Friday 3/2/I made a purchase on tascaparts.com for partsI completed the transaction and used paypal as my payment methodThe next day I got an email from Ann from Tasca letting me know that the parts I ordered were a mismatch for my VINI advised her that the parts would indeed fit and to continue the process of the orderdays later I got another email from Ann stating that my parts were on back order and they would take longer to shipI again told Ann to continue with the orderA few hours later, I get yet another email, this time a quote to pay additional funds from my paypal account$to be exactNo explanation was given so I emailed Ann asking what this was aboutShe replied shortly after apologizing and saying that Tasca had "forgotten" to adjust the price for the new month and that represented the price increaseThis was all after I had paid themShe gave me the option of either paying the additional fees, or canceling my order and getting a refundAlso, to add, Ann indicated that her manager directed her to do thisI found this to be completely unacceptableI canceled my order and got a refundI would have expected any reputable company to honor the price I paid, not gouge me after I've already completed the transaction
