This company charged my credit card with no authorizationCROOKS! They don't care to resolve the problem, they will just do any work to make sure they can charge you and their trip is paid for I called them about noise coming from my pipesThey said it was the hot water valve and changed itAt the time I didn't think to check to make sure the issue was resolvedUnfortunately the change of the valve did not resolve the problemSince their work was under warranty they said they would come backWhen they returned they said the cold water valve needed to be replacedI found this odd, since the cold water didn't make any noiseThus, prior to the change of the cold water valve I spoke to Tasco representative and said that if this fixes the problem I will pay for the part and labor, if it does not, I will not pay for itShe agreed, and they went ahead to change the valve - which takes about minutesUnfortunately the change of the cold water valve still did not resolve my original issueThe plumber came back with a bill, which I told him I would not sign as agreed with his managerHe was visibly pissed off, grabbed the form, and left without saying goodbye I sent voice notes of the noise proving to the manger the issue was not resolvedShe said that I wouldn't be charged Then a few weeks later I saw that they went ahead and charged my credit card without my authorization This goes against all ethics and morals of trusting a business with your credit card I've since called and email them They emailed: "I have spoken with my supervisor and he has informed me that he does not have a problem refunding your money but we will need to install your old valves back and as soon as we get the valves changed out we will refund you your moneyPlease let me know when a date and time works for youIf you have any question please let me know." I responded that this is fine, and that I would buy two valves they can put on and take theirs away I have not received a response and I haven't received any refund The hot valve charge was $225, and the cold valve charge was $

they come to fix something and messed up my bathroom walls and some other thingsI compliant, they did not care, and charged my credit card anywayI called to get this resolvedThe owner called [redacted] call me to threaten me and tell me that if I dispute their charge of dollars for a messy job done, he's going to lien my property, screaming on the phone and not even letting me speakThis is the way you treat your customers? you can have my money but not my businessMake sure to contract honest people not these crooks

This company charged my credit card with no authorization. CROOKS! They don't care to resolve the problem, they will just do any work to make sure they can charge you and their trip is paid for.

I called them about noise coming from my pipes. They said it was the hot water valve and changed it. At the time I didn't think to check to make sure the issue was resolved. Unfortunately the change of the valve did not resolve the problem. Since their work was under warranty they said they would come back. When they returned they said the cold water valve needed to be replaced. I found this odd, since the cold water didn't make any noise. She agreed, and they went ahead to change the valve - which takes about 5 minutes. Unfortunately the change of the cold water valve still did not resolve my original issue. I've since called and email them.
They emailed:

The hot valve charge was $225, and the cold valve charge was $250.

We wanted to replace conditioning units and a friend in the commercial electrical supply business recommended Tasco.as a company that purchased quality products and paid their bills promptly. Having read the two negative experiences reported to the Revdex.com I decided to visit the Tasco office/warehouse before making a purchase and observed, Frank E., a hands on owner directly involved in the very busy daily operation, 24/7. I met long term office staff and workmen and felt comfortable purchasing two air conditioning units (condensers & air handlers) at a comparable price. Wendy, administrative assistant expedited the completion of the detailed permit application that was approved by the Building Department, City of Miami Beach.The installers arrived on the scheduled date and time and the lead installer Juan H. and his team removed the old A/C units and installed the new units without incident, the installers were efficient and clean.Juan and my wife compared pictures and stories of his kids and our grandkids.

This is the way you treat your customers? you can have my money but not my business. Make sure to contract honest people not these crooks.
