Purchased Ctaser, worked fine till batteries started dying prematurely, no damage to unit, not even a scratch Got RMA and sent back for repair/replacement Their response was "DISPOSITION: Diagnosis has revealed that the unit needs to be replacedThe total estimated repair/replacement cost is $349.99."
I can purchase the unit brand new for $online from them Due to there being an internal problem, I feel they should have just replaced the unit

Very disappointed in what I thought was a reputable company to learn they market a product that would appear to provide many years of service if treated with care only to learn they fully expect the product to expire in years One only learns that when the product expires No information from the company prior to the product (Cpersonal Taser) killing new batteries, at which time the company advised that the product has outlived its lifespan Very disappointing

Hello, We have contacted Mr. [redacted] and have issued him a new device, upon request. We have informed him that his expectations are not a design of the device. The flashlight is there to provide light in a dark area and the laser is to help indicate where the darts will land....

Over the phone, [redacted] told us that he wants the laser to be right in the center of the flashlight. This is something we simply do not do. It seems that he purchased a device with expectations that cannot be met due to the true design of the device. We are sending him back his device and have explained the design to him so he now has a better understanding.The device he is receiving is what he sent back to us. He stated the device we sent him have been defective, which is not the case. I can purchase the unit brand new for $249.99 online from them. Due to there being an internal problem, I feel they should have just replaced the unit.
