My order was never resent to me. It has never been resolved. I have never received any email correspondence responding to my complaints from the company, except a request to call them. I responded to that email stating that I prefer to do business via email only. I never received a response to that request.

[redacted]  I had to contact this business multiple times to ask about the status of my order  I ordered November 26th.  December 17th would have been the last day of their absurd 2-3 week shipping policy.  I contacted them again on December 17th.  I received a response the same day saying it would ship the following dat.  That would be December 18th.  (Not within the 3 week period).    I never received a shipping notice so I e-mailed the company once again on December 22nd.  The response I received was that I could track my order within 48 hours of it shipping, which showed it to be the 20th.  (once again--NOT within the 2-3 weeks shipping period).  I received the package the day AFTER Christmas, even though I had contacted the company multiple times and explained I needed it before Christmas for a gift.  Something ordered back on November 26th should have been there in time.  It's not worth the effort or time for me to try to deal with this company by sending the product back.  They have been difficult to work with.  I would appreciate a refund for the errors or store credit for something else later on.  In my opinion this has been a horrible experience with this company.

We confirm a refund to the customer the same day that the customer requested the refund and have further email communication which we sent to the customer the proof of refund. We do have reports from our customer service who have spoken with this customers that the customer does seem to be under the...

influence of some kind of medication / paranoid and garbled when speaking . We have also pointed out in previous correspondence inconsistencies with the customer feel that especially after this customer was refunded immediately upon request can not be of any further assistance in this matter! Proof of refund has been sent to the customer and is on file if required along with all other communication both voice and written with the customer.
