Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: T [redacted] is being untrue in her responseI never wanted a free fillT [redacted] offered one and I actually declined because I didn't want more damage done by her to my eyesI just wanted my money back from the poor and damage causing service she gave meI have attached pictures to show that I had multiple lashes glued to the extensionsYes I understand it is multiple extensions, but it should have been glued to only one of my lashesNot 2-As T [redacted] should know, lashes have a growth cycleIt would not be until many days later when my natural lashes try to fall out and cannotI am not one who complainsI tried to see if it got better, but it got worseI let her know in less than weeks that this was happening when that night they caused the most discomfort and I had to remove themWhen I went in to get the rest removed, you could clearly see I had to remove themI am a woman, why would I purposely make myself look worse and cause damage to my lashes on purpose (which are still trying to recover) T [redacted] is not taking responsibility for her work, even after she told me the glue was badI feel so strongly about this because I have other lash techs telling me she has given me bad customer serviceI feel she has used me for my moneyIf the full refund it not resolved, I and another American Lash Associate board member are ready to go to her licenser.Sincerely, [redacted]

The client seemed to be extremely pleased with her lashes even posting so on instagram the next dayI did not hear from her of an issue till weeks later when she was due for her fillSomething that was pre set upShe had gotten her lashes done for a vacation and went on with her vacation
wearing them and no complaintsThe complaint didn't come till she was due for her fill in which she wanted a free full setShe said the lashes were bothering herShe received volume lashesVolume lashes are not one lash to one lash as she explained and that's something that's been explained to herVolume lashes are fans of finer lashes made anywhere from 2-lashes per one natural lashWhen I removed the lashes for her there was no damage of clumpsI offered the client half of her money backAnd refunded her card half of the serviceShe wore the service for weeks without a complaintAt two weeks is when you are due to fill them anywaysShe wanted me to apply a whole new set but I explained to her that I wouldn't be doing that as she wasn't happy with my work the first time she wouldn't be happy againThere was no point in putting lashes on her again if she didn't enjoy them

There was no complaint made for weeksThe customer went about a vacation, in the United States where she was perfectly able to contact meThen waited till she was due for the fill to contact me and ask for a refundShe used me for free lashes for a vacationThe service was $with a $tip coming to $I have already refunded $half of the service charge prior to this complaintThe remainder has been issued a refund through square as of todayShe knew my work because this was a RETURN client who I had done beforeIf my work was so bad she wouldn't have returned to meI have never had to deal with this sort of complaint in the years I've been in business
