Mrs [redacted] ,Task is aware of all the repairs that needed to be completed on your homeWe have had several of our men out there to complete them to your satisfaction and [redacted] went out there at 8:am to comb your yard for nailsConcerning your bush we would be more then happy to compensate you for your bush and need to find out the type and price of the bush in question in order to adequately compensate you for your concernI know that your bush was measured and we have been able to locate the type of bush it is in order to compensate youFor any further repairs on your home please call us and we will ensure that someone is out there in a timely manner to fix any and all repairs you have

I have tried on several occasions to rectify ***'s situation and call her as well multiple timesWe have repaired and fixed everything she was needing fixed and were waiting on an amount of the bush to be compensated forI have attached several correspondences with Mrs [redacted] on Task's behalf We are more then happy to remedy any situation she has and feels we have not fixedOur customer service and attention to detail has been on pointIf you have any questions regarding this please contact me at ###-###-####I can provide you with further documentation if need beThank you! [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your men have only been out here twice and they didn't repair all the repairs that I have complained about since the beginning Last time they were out here was March 20, 2015, and all they did was put the piece of siding that came off from the side of the house on They didn't do nothing else like fix the pieces steel of metal coming out from under my shingles, got debris from yard like the nails, staples, pieces of old roofing, pieces of plastic from the roof which is still there as of today [redacted] came out March 27, and she only combed the front yard with a metal object only She found a handful of nails [redacted] said she would get with her manager about the situation She told me that she would be back out to comb the rest of the front yard including the sides and back yard since it was muddy She also said she would get her men out here to fix the rest of the repairs as she said she took pics She told me that I would get a check in the mail the week of April 6, 2015, for my bush which I never received as of today I texted [redacted] April 10, regarding the check and she never responded to that specific text I am really getting tired of dealing with this situation and wish they would do what they told me and fix everything that needs to be fixed This is riduculouis of me having to deal with this situation I should get compensated for pain and sufferring This has gone on too long I would never recommend this company at all It's sad that we have to communicate through Revdex.com and they can't be professional and call/text me like real business people I have attached the two texts regarding the check and her coming back out here Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told serveral times that [redacted] was going to come out to measure my damaged bush along with getting the nails around my house picked up, taking care of the pieces of metal sticking out from under shingles towards the gutters, and taking the strips of plastic off my shingles The only thing that got done was they put up the piece of siding from right side of house at top back up on Friday, March 20, 2015, at 4:pm I texted her a picture of the bush without the blooms before the workers damaged it No show the last three times In fact, she was suppose to be over today first at 11:am than she texted me saying later on that afternoon she'll be over I texted her around 4:pm telling her that I am assuming you;re not coming over since it's late She told me that she would for sure be over tomorrow, March 27, We shall see if it happens Regards, [redacted]

Yes *** has come out and she herself combed only the front yard for nails and staples which she found more than a handful. *** told me she would be back out once all the rain has stopped which we plan on her coming next week. Hopefully a man or two to get up on roof and fix the steel objects coming out from under from new roofing you all put on and take place strips off on top of house. *** shouldn't be the one to come out since she is part of the management team but she went beyond her duty which I appreciate. *** told me the owners needs to write the check and than she would be glad to mail it to me which I haven't received the check as of today. I found lots of debris from your men which is a total mess in my yard and I sure don't appreciate it since I am the one who has to pick the small pieces up. If this is the owner or owners emailing the last email before this one, why don't you come out yourself and look on my ground of what your workers did. They should have been more careful. I hope my mold doesn't grow since your company never put new boardings on the corner of my house which I also texted *** a pic. Eric told me my boards would be replaced with new ones. According to the workers no new boards were put on. As you can see I am very dissatisfied with certain situations. You need better workers who know how to pick up after themselves and keep the customer's yards clean and almost free of debris. My dogs were chewing on a nail. I will be finding nails, staples, debris, etc for a very long time. My neighbor's never had the problems I have with their workers and company.

Mrs. [redacted],Task is more then willing to compensate you for the bush which was damaged. We had to find out the pricing on the bush and I know [redacted] has been in communication with you in order to get compensation to you in a timely manner. In regards to the repairs on the home our men have gone out several times to account for the siding, nails in the yard and other repairs you are needing rectified. Our customers are extremely important to us and if you can tell us other then the bush exactly what is needing to be repaired or fixed we are more then happy to assist you.Thanks so much!

I am rejecting this response because: Considering all the other things they damaged while they were in my house why are they so adamantly denying any responsibility for what happened to the water heater and why did they feel the need to LIE to me about having a plumber come in to move the water heater?? This is not the proper way to run a business. I will never hire them again and I won't be recommending their services to anyone else.

from the tenant above her. This leak had nothing to do with the workmanship done on the roof by our company. Thank you for your attention in this matter .
