Review: [redacted] is the owner of this business. I requested his service to redo my bathroom and do my basement which flooded and pipe broke. I got an estimate from **. [redacted] and agreed to have him do the work. He was recommended by a co-worker whom I later found no longer used his services. He began the work in July of 2011. He has not to today completed the job he was contracted for. The majority of the work for the basement and the bathroom took over 6 months. This came because **. [redacted] started my job then got another job and would only come to my house once a week or every other week to complete the job. Of course at this point he had the basement and bathroom in total disarray and I was at his mercy to finish. He subcontracted parts of the job which I was not aware would be happening. To date the following issues are persistent.1. The new heater that was put in did not work the first winter but since we were close to spring I just endured. I called the heater people back three times because **. [redacted] would not contact them to come and fix the issues. The heater never worked. The people replaced it and it still did not work. To get heat this winter I had to call in another heating company and pay for their service. **. [redacted] finally responded to one of my calls and said he would see that I got my money back. That was over 5 or 6 months ago. I have not heard back2. When it rains the basement fills with water on the floor in the center of the floor. I originally thought the water was coming from my neighbors. The area where the water is coming up is right in the middle of the basement floor not coming from either neighbor.3. The basement doors were not shaved correctly and they stick so now when I open and close a door it tears part of the wood frame.4. The basement ceiling was lowered by **. [redacted] which was definitely not a request of mine. Because of this I had to throw away good furniture because the large book cases no longer fit. I need more space to finishDesired Settlement: I want **. [redacted] to fix the areas that need to be fixed. Complete the job in the middle room that he did not complete but took my money and never returned. I also want the heater to be working this winter when I try to turn it on. I want the floor in the basement redone so that he can put the right amount of cement in the floor so the water does not seep in. I want the closets fixed and the frames replaced. In the bathroom upstairs there are issues. If he cannot fix I want half of my money
