My experience is the same as the other review. I never got a key to the network box when I bought the house with the system installed even though the service guy said there should be one there. I paid in advance for a year and after 6 months was billed for another year. I called, I wrote letters, no response. Next year, same thing - the bill me for the wrong dates. Took two and a half years to resolve the billing issue. Then we had an outage, system totally useless and they made an appointment to come out for 10 days later! A power outage rebooted the system after a week and it cleared up. When I called to cancel service, Nic said "That never happened" and refused to furnish me with a key, saying that I had lost it. I am very sorry I did not research this company when I moved in, but just continued the service already there.

If you really care about the safety of your family, you might want to contact a serious security company. Nick [redacted] (owner) and his company are just a joke. You will see him after the first time you call to get your business and never again. This guy doesn’t have a clue of what customer service or customer satisfaction is, and doesn't care at all. I tried to get my pre-paid contract agreement for $260 reimbursed and never did. He just kept lying saying the check has been cut and sent. Personnel from different companies I contacted to get a new quote for my alarm monitoring didn’t have anything good to say about Nick [redacted] and his company. You have been warned!
