Review: I subscribed to a monthly product delivery from Taste for Sweets via their website. The company was going to send me a box of candies every month for $16. The first two months I received my product but I did not receive it the last two months but was still billed. I had also purchased a 3 month gift subscription for a friend and she failed to receive any of her boxes and yet I was still billed the $48. I attempted to contact someone multiple times via their only contact method, email, but no one replied. I then was required to contact my credit card company which is investigating the charges in attempt to refund me.Desired Settlement: I would like the 2 months worth of charges ($32 total) refunded as well as the 3 month gift subscription ($48) refunded via the credit card I used to purchase the goods.

Review: I purchased a 3 month gift subscription in June 2014. None of the 3 boxes were ever sent. I also purchased a box in August and nothing was ever sent. I have spent $52 in total with this company and have not been sent any product for it.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $52.00

Review: On May 5th, 2014 I paid for the Taste for Sweets service. On May 6th, my credit card was charged $96.00, but I never received an order confirmation. I emailed their customer service and received the following reply on May 7th, 2014.

"Dear [redacted],

Hope you are having a wonderful week. We truly appreciate the time you are taking to follow up on your recent order.

We have received your recent order from May 5, 2014. The first gift box from your order will be shipped out during the first week of June. We will be sending you an email that contains the tracking number for the box as soon as it is shipped.

We are very happy that you placed your order with us, and we look forward to shipping your gift box each month. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions at any time.

Taste For Sweets Team"

On July 2nd 2014, I had not received anything from Taste for Sweets so I sent another email which went unanswered.

On July 24th I contacted them again and received the following reply stating that I would be given a full refund:

"Good Afternoon,

We hope you are having a wonderful day. We would like to begin by apologizing for our delayed response.

We recently started experiencing some issues with our candy and snack supplier, and as a result have had to suspend our service for the moment.

With that in mind, we will be processing a full refund to your account. We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused and we truly appreciate your patience with us.

We hope you have a pleasant day, and a great weekend.

It is now August 27th and I have not received any product, I have not been given a refund, and I have not had any replies to further emails I have sent.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor the $96 refund they had promised me.

Review: In May 2014 I purchased a gift box from this company as a gift for someone else. I emailed the company the same day asking if the box (this is a subscription box service that sends you a selection of candy and snacks from all over the world) would arrive in May or June. I was promptly emailed back stating the the box would arrive in June because I had just missed the May shipments. Okay I was fine with that. June comes and goes still no gift box arrived. No shipping information or email notification of any kind as to why my box did not arrive as scheduled. So I emailed the company. No response. I emailed this company several times. The first couple of times I was requesting my gift box. Then I started requesting a refund. I have not received any communication from this company at all...to date. I was super excited to give this gift box as a gift but at this point I am honestly so irritated that I have spent two months telling my friend that the gift was coming that I got her something else because I couldn't wait any longer. I do not want the gift box anymore I just want my money back. Desired Settlement: I would like to receive all of the purchase price of the gift box back.
