Review: I ordered from taste of china restaurant (delivery) and the food was awful and I spoke with the [redacted] and she hung up on me and wouldnt work with me. I wanted a refund and she refused to give me a refund. I told her she could have the food back because it was nasty. I tried to work with her and order something else but all she was willing to do was give me a 50% credit for next time. I advised her I dont wznt to order from them in the future she told me to complain then. She was very unprofessional and has bad business practices. I paid a total of 13.60 for two beef and brocolli lunch specials with delivery.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from the business.

Spoke with the manager of the business. She says the customer called back after receiving her food and was not happy with the way it tasted and that it did not take like other restaurants she has been to. The business wanted to make it clear that not all restaurants use the same recipe and there are going to be dished that are prepared differently depending on which restaurant you go to. The business only had one driver that day and they could not go back to her house. First she wants a replacement of something else, that couldn’t work because there was only one driver and she was asked to come into get the new food. Then could have a 50% refund she did not want that and only wanted a refund because the food did not taste how she wanted to it to taste. The business is not going to refund the price because the meal tastes different than other restaurants because recipes are not all the same.

She can still have 2 orders of chicken wings if she can come pick them up.
