Hi Andrea, thank you for reaching out to us about this complaint from a customer, as I have told you over the phone we are a family owned restaurant that have been operating around the New Orleans area for more than 10 years.  In which our staff members have been treating our loyal customers...

like family and have never had to go through something like this, with that being said I will now explain to you of the situation with [redacted] the night he dined with us.[redacted] have been coming in our restaurant for quite a while now, more than a year, in which every time he and his wife have dined with us we have always treated them with respect and dignity that everyone of our customer deserves.  On the night of January 31st, 2017 [redacted] and his son dined at our hibachi restaurant and after they're done with their meal they complained to me that his son who arrived late due to some issue did not get his soup and salad and demanded a discount on his meal.  In which I personally discounted, while I was looking at his bill and I've noticed the waiter made a mistake of adding 18% gratuity to his bill in which I took off immediately and let the wait staff know that they were not with the big party of 6 that was dining at the same hibachi table so a gratuity shouldn't have been added to their bill.  Before this, the customers who were sitting at the same table with [redacted] and his son came to me and complained that [redacted] was making rude and disrespectful comments about their sister who is of homosexual orientation, I have the contact info of this group of customers if you need to speak with them. This is not the first time in which my customers have complained about [redacted] behavior, in which I've decided at the end of his meal and at the time of his leaving to inform him that he is no longer welcome here due to multiple complaints about his behavior and is leaving my customers with a bad dining experience which in turn affects my business overall.  We are sorry that it has to come to this but we also have many witnesses and customers that the Revdex.com can contact and confirm my story.  So our establishment stands by our decision of refusing service to [redacted].
