I originally purchased festival tickets from this company in early 2018 for an even in April. Days before the festival, the company changed the date of the event to the following weekend (due to snow), which I could not make as I would be out of town.

The company said they would allow me to exchange my ticket for a future festival. On May 31, 2018, I requested my ticket to be transferred to an upcoming festival on June 30th. I did not hear back within a week so I called the company. Their voicemail line directed me to email them and did not give me an opportunity to speak with an actual person. I did not get a n email response from the company until June 23, which by then I had made other plans and could not make the June 30th event.

On July 19th, the company send me an email stating that I have to transfer my unused credit by August 31, 2018 or it will be forfeited. They gave me only three festival options to transfer it to, two of which would require an additional cost (on top of the ticket that I already purchased). The one event that did not require an additional cost was on a weekend where I have a wedding to attend, thus, I could not attend that festival.

I responded back to their email explaining that I had already requested my ticket to be transferred for the June event, but that they took so long to respond that I made alternative plans. I did not get a response to that email. I called again and their phone system still directed me to email them. I sent another email asking for a customer service representative to call me and the message boucedback as undeliverable.

Thousands of people have been tricked by this company for multiple bait and switch situations. *** refuses to give refunds for events that they choose to change the date for. They have done this many times and have left several customers stuck with tickets they cannot use. They changed the date of the *** two days before the event and did not communicate this change in an effective and timely manner—in fact, customers had to ask them to update their website and *** listing several hours later. When customers asked via email and *** whether refunds would be issued, they either ignored the requests or outright denied the refund request. While stating they cannot give refunds, they continued to sell tickets to new customers for the new dates of the event. It’s all very dishonest and unethical. See the *** reviews for more information, including health/safety risks such as depriving guests of adequate drinking water in extremely hot temperatures, severe lack of bathroom facilities for number of attendees at events, and dangerous setup/environmental conditions such as overcrowding, very slippery walking areas, broken glass, etc. I can’t believe they’ve been allowed to continue and haven’t been shut down.
