Tastee Diner

Review: I am a frequent visitor to the [redacted] diner. It's like my second home. I love the crew, the food and the customers even mama. I come in an order some eggs and other various items. I'm always sitting at the front putting coins in the jukebox on Fridays or Saturdays. Usually I'm treated great with great food. Unfortunately, this email will reveal a contrasting experience.

I went [redacted] Diner on Tuesday, June 10 at 8:45pm. I came in and asked for a waffle and water. My waitress took my order and never returned. I was served by another waitress. Then, my second waitress disappeared. I went to the cashier and told him I had a waffle and water. He said I need my ticket. I told him my waitress never returned since she took my order. So the cashier guy went around the diner (seating area and kitchen) looking for the waitress. He finds the second waitress and she gives him the ticket. Next, he gives me the ticket so I can give it back to him. Weird. I said to him, " why give me the ticket so I can give it to you"? I then said There is no teamwork with this night shift of people. I told him I like the Saturday crew better and he replied rather rudely and condescendingly , "Why don't you go on Saturdays then. I looked at him with surprise and disappointment. To think that such an insult was given to me while I was giving away my money.Desired Settlement: If there is no value in the service then there is no value in the product. There should be no separation. The customer service was appalling. Both waitresses and the guy at the cashier should be fired. They are bad for the morale and I refuse to return to this establishment. You have lost a customer.
