Review: We hired this company to do website work for us after they responded to an ad on Craigslist. They quoted $3800 and 2 weeks. We signed a contract and paid a $1900 deposit. For the next 6 weeks both contacts ([redacted] and [redacted]) gave us any excuse as to why they could not show us any progress, including they were sick, they were busy with a video game company, "admin" won't let them, they aren't allowed to share screens, etc.During the sales process the promised us meetings, weekly updates, progress, etc. They showed us literally nothing. Near the end, they even asked us for the remaining payment and then they would send us the code. At that point they had literally showed us nothing. Finally they sent us a screenshot of something that wasn't even close to what we needed and something someone could make in Photoshop in about 10 minutes. I researched them more and found that they have scammed people under their same named under the company "[redacted]". They started doing this at least a year ago and still are.AVOID this company at all costs. They will pressure you into signing their contract, pressure you into sending payment so they can get started right away, and then give you excuse after excuse until you give up.Desired Settlement: We would just like our money back since this company did not deliver anything at all. We paid them $1900.

Review: On 6/25/2013 I received a response from [redacted] at Tast.ee that he would be able to provide app development services for a project which I had a budget of $500. [redacted] said it would take about 2 weeks to develop with that budget. However after several weeks of not providing any development, [redacted] told me he could not do the design in the allotted $500 initially proposed. He went back on several occassions and I ended up giving an extra $1249.98 to get the work done. He continually sent excuses, all documented, on why it was taking so long. After months of trying to get the app from [redacted], I received ONE version of the app which did not work at all. It did not even open and seems like no work was really done to it. Eventually I ended up designing the app myself, about 6 months after which took me only 3 days to develop. After letting [redacted] know this, I requested a refund since no work was done from his end to produce the app and felt that he took the money with no intent of making it. He kept telling me that he would get back to me on the refund. Months later I'm still being given the run around. After I did some research, I found that he did the same thing (and with the same excuses) on two other people that reported this to the Revdex.com. I also found that he was a co-owner and his excuse that he was going to talk to "Owners" about this was fraudulent as he was the owner. This was a case where [redacted] was trying to commit fraud and had no intent on actually developing the app. You can read about the other 2 complaints within' the last year that are very similar to what I am reporting. This was fraudulent and will be reporting to the authorities as well.Desired Settlement: 100% refund from monies sent - $1749.98

Review: 10/31: Through Right Signature, I signed a contract with [redacted], a representative of Tast.ee, which is owned by LuthorCorp. The contract stated that, for $1,300 - $1,500 ($750 paid upfront), Tast.ee would build my eCommerce website, [redacted], which would include a simple 1-page Wordpress site, plus a custom case builder tool (similar to Casetagram.com/design), plus payment processor (potentially with Bitcoin integration). The project timeframe was 1-2 weeks, and the deadline was Friday, November 15th, 2013. 11/8: "The site's pretty much done." - [redacted] (text)11/11: [redacted] was in Las Vegas during the week of 11/11, and did not give me contact info for anyone else working on my website.11/11: "Still waiting on Rackspace. Never actually taken this long." - [redacted] (e-mail)11/11: "I have to admit, I'm beginning to grow uneasy having not seen anything this close to the launch..." - [redacted] (e-mail)11/11: [redacted] sent me screenshot of nondescript folders from his desktop. 11/14: "Our internet when out yesterday, and now the project lead is sick." (e-mail)11/15: Website is due. Deadline is missed.11/16: "I never got an e-mail from you yesterday. What's going on?" - [redacted] (e-mail) "Yesterday was crazy. One of the engineers may have changed the password." - [redacted] (e-mail)11/20: "Website is done." - [redacted] (text) "Website is 98% done." "...we'll be all systems go tomorrow." - [redacted] (e-mail) [redacted] also mentioned a few "small bugs." 11/21: "I'm really disappointed, [redacted]..." - [redacted] (e-mail). 11/22: "These things are out of my control." "...there might have been a delay on Tastee end but no more than 2 or 3 days." - [redacted] (e-mail) 12/9: "Sorry for the delay. Wasn't feeling to good..." - [redacted] (text)12/13: "What's going on? " - [redacted] (e-mail)12/14: "I ended up going to ER... Out of the office till next week." - [redacted]12/14: E-mail to [redacted] failed permanently. "DNS Error: Domain name not found." Tast.ee website is down.Desired Settlement: I require (1) a full refund of my $750 deposit, and (2) a release from any obligation to pay the remaining balance. In exchange, I will agree to forfeit any and all rights to any work created by Tast.ee for [redacted].
