submitted 2/12/10:31:AM First Name: *** Last Name: *** Address: *** ** *** City: Cranberry State: PA Zip Code: Day Phone:*** Evening Phone: Email: *** I would like to: ContactAssistanceType_Other How did you hear about us: Tastefully Simple Consultant I have previously attended a Tastefully Simple taste-testing party: Y Lisa *** I would prefer you to contact me by: Em Comments:I was told when I signed up for autoship that I would be reminded prior to any order being placedThat was not the case and your service reps were rude on the phoneI am filing a complaint with the BBC unless I am refunded the $for s/h.*** is referring to our TS to You recurring shipment programShe became a TS to You member on September 20, I have researched ***'s concern and have discovered several things: - *** did receive a TS to You shipment in SeptemberHer next shipment would have been in NovemberOur email tracking tool shows that her reminder email that was sent was received on November and was opened November She delayed her TS to You shipment at that timeShe received a reminder email the following month on December and it was opened December She delayed her shipment at that timeWe did send another another email on January 4, but our tool shows it was never openedClients have until the 10th of the month to take action on their recurring order (shipment)If no action to delay, cancel or change the products is taken, the defaulted shipment is charged and sent.- *** indicates that she contacted our Customer Service teamWe were able to verify that she did contact us via telephone on Wednesday, February She was unhappy at the time of the call and we were sorry that she was frustratedIn order to receive a refund once the products have physically left our location, the Terms & Conditions of the program do require that the member send them back at their costOnce we receive the products back, we do refund the client member what they originally paid for the recurring shipment based on the timeline outlined below TS to You T & C regarding Returns:ReturnsShould you wish to return your initial shipment or any subsequent TS to You shipments, you will be required to do so at your expenseAs a TS to You client member, you can return products that were purchased during the last days for a full refund of the products; if 31-days after purchase, you will receive a refund of percent of the original net product costAfter days, no refunds will be givenYou will receive a re-ship of product(s) that are damaged, missing, or for incorrect product.In the event of excessive returns, which are defined as 50% of the average value of products from the last three shipments, we reserve the right to either cancel your account or prohibit refunds and instead offer product of equal valueNote: Active consultants are not permitted to return product.- We have not yet received ***'s shipment backOnce we receive ***'s shipment back, we will refund her what she originally paidWe will also refund her the amount that she paid to return the products to us as a gesture of goodwillPlease let me know if you have any further questions.Stephanie ***Senior Lead, Customer Service

We apologize in advance for the delay in responding to this complaint. We certainly take her concern seriously and do have unsubscribe information included in all promotional emails that are sent from Tastefully Simple, Inc. We actually have unsubscribed the complainant as per her requests on...

10/17/16, 10/31/16, 11/14/16, 11/16/16 and 11/29/16. If the complainant is still receiving emails it may mean that she has another email address that is forwarding to the email address she's unsubscribed, that we need to add to our unsubscribe list.
