Review: Dear Sir/Madam,My wife bit into something when she was eating my breakfast toast bread the other day, something inedible, something not supposed to be in the bread. She immediately spit it out, and found out it is a used bandage! How disgusting it is! Our whole day was ruined by this surprising add-on in the bread. These toasts were bought from a nearby superstore, [redacted] Supermarket. Hence, we went to the store and complain. The cashier (yes, there is no customer services at all) told me that it is not their responsibility to the check food quality and all they can do is to refund the breads to me. They also told me that WE should complain with the manufacturer rather than the store. Therefore, We went to the manufacturer, named Tasty Bakery, trying to complain with the owner. A middle-aged woman, who claims herself as the owners wife, had a talk with me. She admitted that she made these breads, and she knew that her bandage was missing during the process of making bread. She also claimed that she was trying to find where that bandage is by cutting the toast bread into slices but failed. OK, she seems to be honest at that time. However, how could she prepare the food without any gloves, especially when she had a wood on her hand? Moreover, how could she sell all the breads she made that today when she knew that her missing bandage could be in one of the bread? I asked her these questions. She changed her words and claimed that she found a bandage on the ground later and thought that was her missing one. I doubt that this is true. First, this conflicts with her previous statement. Second, I do not think she did not know that she had another bandage missing. On the other hand, even if this is true, the health condition of the bakery store has a serious problem: you can find bandage on the ground, or even in the bread they made. How could these foods be safe? How could people make sure that the food preparation procedure and the sold food of the store meeting all the necessary regulationDesired Settlement: The business should apologize on the local newspaper, and let the correlated administration department inspect their store completely.
