I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Not at once did I curse at anyone on the telephone. I work in the emergency room department and on that day I was at the front desk in which we call greeter.. The wife/owner had already answer the phone and can hear attitude in her voice.. I filed this complaint on behalf of myself and other employees that work at the hospital and we just choose to take our business else where... On a positive note the restaurant has great food and [redacted] the delivery driver is awesome never had a issue with her. To run a business the owner just needs to tone the attitude down a notch and just listen instead of over talking a customer when they are trying to explain. To be in the background yelling we will not fix it I find was very rude.. Her husband I will say offered to make another sandwich but the girl that the burger was food just stated she was fine she didn't want another the phone call was only to inform the company that the burger was incorrect not to call and start a argument or anything just to inform. I wouldn't want this to ruin the business to the public I wrote the Revdex.com due to the owners wife attitude on that day this could have been handled very differentRegards,

I am responding to the complaint I received regarding [redacted]. I spoke  with a representative from the Revdex.com concerning this issue. I told her that the customer had been very rude to my employee when she answered the phone. The customers first response was our order was all [redacted]...

up. When I got on the phone I explained to her that I had personally take he order and read it back to her and that was not the way she ordered the food but I would make her another sandwich. She replied we don't want another sandwich and continued to argue. I told her I wasn't going to argue with anymore. By then my wife got irritated but she never shouted profanities. The customer wanted to talk to her and continued to argue so my wife to her to have a ice day and hung the phone up. I would been glad to make her another sandwich. She never mentioned that her fries were burnt to me and as for over charging them I've never purposely over charged anyone. In fact  I gave them the totals with tax before the order was made as I do with all delivery orders. I'm not hard to get along with in any degree but it seemed that we have an issue with these customers every time they order. Review: Called Tasty Crème to inform owner that the food that our hospital ordered was incorrect while trying to explain to 1 owner the issue all you can hear in the background is the owners wife yelling and screaming profanity about how they were not going to remake my coworkers food. I didn't call to ask them to remake the food, the owner assumed that is why I was calling. I asked the male owner was there a issue due to the women in the background scream I thought that was very rude of her. The women proceeded to jump on the phone and tell me that they were not going to do anything about this situation. As many orders as my hospital family place with this company I find that they think it is ok for them to be rude disrespectful and sometimes overcharge the employees at the hospital just because they are privately owned myself and other co workers have just had enough or the disrespect from the owner of this company.. Do not get me wrong there food is great but far as customer service it has got to be out of controlDesired Settlement: I would like a refund and a apology for the way the owners wife was acting the background and on the phone today 12.23.2015 to pay almost 6 dollars for a burger that was incorrect and your fries to be burnt I would of been fine with a im sorry at least
