Review: Ordered and paid $28,463.40 (full payment less $3,000) for kitchen cabinets in June 2012 that were to be manufactured in Turkey with verbally promised delivery date of by end of September 2012. Notified in September 2012 that order was delayed because of complications getting parts from Italy.Informed in December 2012 that [redacted], proprietor of Capitol Design Build LLC, had bought [redacted] Design Center Inc in Sept. 2012 (perhaps the part that he did not already own). Met with principals of both companies at job site in [redacted] in January 2013 and [redacted] at that time gave us a "payment information form" from [redacted] (company to manufacture the cabinets)Dealer Code [redacted], Order No. [redacted] 19/10/2012] . On 1/3/2013 Capitol Design Build e-mailed replacement invoice for same order but showing under name Capital Design Build LLC and with a promised delivery date of the end of February 2013. We did not hear from either of the above by end of February. We attempted to e-mail and also call but no responses. On March 1 we contacted [redacted]'s USA rep in [redacted]] who told us that no order had ever been placed. We then called [redacted] who said he would contact [redacted] concerning this matter and that he would also call us back. He didn't. We informed [redacted] in subsequent call to him that we are requesting a refund. He was mum.This case may require a hearing. Can you recommend attorneys in [redacted]. that would be good to represent us?Thanks[redacted] and [redacted]Desired Settlement: Would like full refund plus any legal fees associated and possibly additional damages.
