I went to have a consultation with [redacted] at Tat'd Up In Bellingham WA on Saturday July 6, 2013 to make an appointment for Tuesday the 10th of July and gave a 100 dollar deposit as well. Tuesday came the doors were locked and no one was there. I made several attempts to call and no one answered. I left a message and finally got a hold of someone the next day. I was informed that he no longer works there and was left to contact him in order to get my money back. Upon speaking him he indicated to me he would not return my money and said there were no refunds on a service that was never preformed. How can he keep my money? Tat'd Up was not willing to help either in recouping my money.
