As of Saturday my items finally DID arrive While I am still angry it took so long and feel this seller is deceitful - I did finally receive my items.I would assume the complaint can be closed now
Customer ordered some game of thrones clothing/hat/scarf/gloves. Items are officially licenced and designed the way HB0 intended. The ones they ordered are a pale yellow. The description and the picture showed the color. The pictures show the exact product the customer received. Customer came to me... 3 months after purchasing the items to say they were unhappy with the color. I can't give a refund after that amount of time. They want these items made in a different color for an exchange and that can't be done. First, we are just the store, not the manufacturer. Second this is the official color approved by the licensor and it would be breaking copyright law to create a different product. I'm very sorry you are not a happy customer.

I am rejecting this response because:The product is clearly being marketed deceptivelyEven if the company is just the seller of the product, they are still responsible for the marketing/advertising of the productThe image/description that is posted on *** (attached here) shows a pale yellow and described as pale yellowWhen we contacted the seller, they described it as "oatmeal" (conversation attached)So to start, the description is already different from what we boughtNext the image that they used to advertise the product is different from what was received (see attached)Once again, even if they have no say in the product's manufacture, they do have a say in how its marketedClearly they chose to market it in a way that would sellHowever, what they market is not what they provideIts is deceptiveThey should market accurately and I am entitled to a refund after being deceived by their advertingDeception is deception, and, as the one's who advertise the product, they should be responsible for it.
